  • How do I know what size unit to rent?
    The easiest way is to simply talk to one of our team or refer to Our Units page where we specify what can typically fit into each unit size.
  • How do I access my unit?
    You will be provided with a key card to access the security gate and a key to open the padlock on your unit. You have access to your unit 24/7. And the facility is CCTV and alarm-monitored for your peace of mind.
  • What bank account do I pay into?
    Please set up a recurring payment via online banking. Our bank details are BNZ, account number 02-0464-0008625-002. Please use your unit name/ number as a reference and include your surname/ business name. For example: A05, Smith.
  • Do I need to bring my own padlock
    No - for all units and containers we provide the padlock
